Foodie Fridays: Vietnamese Grilled Chicken, Grilled Pork Chop & Fried Egg On Steamed Rice

The famous Vietnamese dish known as “Com Ga Nuon Thit Nuong, Trung Chien” is a combination of authentic steamed white rice with grilled chicken and pork chop seasoned with the right richness of soy sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper. Above all, you get your side of vegetables and a nicely fried egg sunny side up right on top of the grilled chicken. However there is one other key ingredient…. And that is the famous fish sauce that is used to dress up the entire bowl of freshly goods.

If you not in the mood to cook this fine dish. You can always order this dish at any pho restaurant. If you live in Toronto area, we suggest you visit; Phi Mi Asia, Pho 88, Pho Xe Lua or Pho Bo.
